Terms and conditions.

1. The internet store, working at www.autododatki.pl page, is run by DD TRADING, Postolinska 8 street, 51-126 Wrocław, registration for Record Of Economic Activity lead by President of City of Wroclaw under number 176 686, REGON number 020211069, NIP number 895-172-82-83
2. All prices of products in the internet store Autododatki.pl include VAT
3. Names of producers and factory marks belong to their owners and they are presented on the store website for information only.
4. Using the shop Autododatki.pl (making an order) means acceptance of this terms and conditions.
5. Orders are accepted on http://www.autododatki.pl It is also possible to make an order on e-mail address: biuro@autododatki.pl, or by phone number: 0048 71 340 04 81, in our working hours. Making an order means filling in a “form of order”, which you will find on our website.
6. A person who makes an order must be 18 years old and have full ability for law acts.
7. You will be informed about changes in status of orders by e-mail address given in the    form of order.
8. Orders are confirmed through e-mail andor by phone. Orders which are impossible to be confirmed will not be executed.
9. You will get an e-mail confirming its acceptance after making an order. Accomplishment starts: a) when payment is made by money transfer – after the money is booked on the account b) when payment is made by credit card – after a card authorization
10.  Foreign order must be paid in total before sending.
11. A fiscal bill is added implicitly to every order. If you want an invoice you must mark it when making an order and give data, including tax number, for it.
12.  You can cancel your order if it was not send yet.
13.  Shipping costs are added to every order. You can choose way of shipping which you mark when making an order.
14. Accomplishment of order takes 1-5 days.
15. All products available in our store have guarantee. Length of period of guarantee is always  said in description of product.
16. If the product has any defect you should send it back, at the store address. All the reclamations are examined in 14 working days after getting it. Defected product will be repaired or replaced to another. If repair or replacement is not possible shop will give you the money back or will offer other products available in the store.
17. According to paragraph 7, act from 2.03.2007. about “protection of some of the laws of consumers and about liability for the damage of a dangerous product” (Dz. U. nr22, poz.271, z późn. Zm.) you can resign from the product you have bought within 10 days after getting a parcel, without giving any reason.
18.  Returned product can not have any signs of use or damage and original box must be included. Factory wrapped products (e.g. Blister, foil) can not be returned after opening.
19. Returned product must be send with fiscal bill or invoice.
20. Shipping costs are not repaid.
21. Attention! The store does not accept any packages sent back with payment option: paid on delivery.
22. The store Autododatki.pl makes any effort to make all descriptions and technical data conforming with the truth. We do not take responsibility for wrong parameters and specificity of products or sudden change by its producer.

Ways of payment:

1. bank transfer

You  pay the money on the indicted bank account before accomplishing your order. The package will be send after the payment. Our  bank  account :  PL80 1140 2017 0000 4602 0507 8128

2.we accept credit card payment and fast payments into a bank account by platnosci.pl system.

3.PayPal (biuro@autododatki.pl) and Moneybookers (info@autododatki.pl) payments are accepted.

Any personal data that you give are confidential. They will not be made public in any case and form, according to an act from 29.08.1997. about “ protection of personal data”. According to that act you can check, change and make us stop using your personal data at any time.
